This week’s top five events kick’s off with the Holiday Ceremony and Tree Lighting on Broughton Street, experience a timeless family tradition beginning at 5 pm November 24th with a lighting of a 50 Foot Christmas Tree and musical performances by Tell Scarlet & Seth G and Santa’s arrival!

Event number Four brings us to River Street. Let’s enjoy some music with Savannah’s own Rock n Roll artist Ray Tomasino at Lizzy’s Tequila Bar. What better way to enjoy the beginning of our long holiday weekend in Savannah.

Event Number Three keeps us on River Street with Savannah Riverboat Cruises which will be celebrating Sailing with Santa Charity Cruise. You can actually sail FREE with the donation of a new unwrapped toy. Plus, not only will the kids enjoy meeting Santa but there will be arts and crafts on the boat.

Our Number One event is the Savannah Nutcracker. South Carolina Ballet brings this holiday family tradition to the Savananh Civic Center for all of us to enjoy. The event happens on November 25 beginning at 5:30pm so get your tickets early before they’re all sold out.
