Top 5 Events for the Week of Jan. 8th

Welcome to our Top Five Savannah Events presented by Reneé LaSalle . This week’s number 5 is Hedwig and the Angry Inch it’s a brilliantly innovative, heartbreaking, and wickedly funny musical by John Cameron Mitchell and Stephen Trask being performed at Club One in Downtown Savannah.

Event number Four is at the Savannah Civic Center and it’s part of the Savannah Black Heritage Festival. It’s the 7th Annual Fundraiser Dancing through the Decades – from the 60’s through the 90’s. Come dance the night away beginning at 8:00 pm on January 12th, 2018.

Event Number Three keeps us at the Savannah Civic Center but this time it’s a game of hockey as the Savannah Business Chamber presents its 20th Annual Hockey Business Connection, so get ready to drop the gloves and grab a drink as the networking begins on January 11th.

Event Number Two is at Bar Food where you will experience Dining in the Dark, that’s right no lights, it’s a fundraiser for Savannah Center for the Blind and Low Vision where you will experience what it’s like to do something as simple as have a meal without one of your senses.

Our Number One event is the 6th Annual Unity 5k On MLK & Music Festival On Forsyth come for a run as we help raise money for  Blessings In A Bookbag Organization
