#1: Cinco de Mayo at Plant Riverside District
Turn up the tequila—Cinco de Mayo is coming to Savannah’s Entertainment District. On Tuesday, May 5, Plant Riverside District is celebrating the holiday with a Mariachi band from 5:30 – 6:30 pm and LPT the band (a Jacksonville, Fla.-based 10-piece Afro-Cuban salsa orchestra) from 7 – 10 pm at Montgomery Park. Take in the sights and sounds with featured food and drinks from Savannah Tequila Company, a popular restaurant in Plant Riverside District’s Three Muses building. They will be serving a wide range of authentic Mexican food and drink, offering indoor and outdoor dining as well as a convenient walk-up window for to-go orders.
